    Might be worth doing so - after 9am. Or wait a few days to see if it updates in MCOL; after all you have until 4pm on 29 Dec by which to file it. :)

    When did you submit it?  At what time?

    OP posted at 1.25pm yesterday (Saturday) that they'd filed their defence. Given that they responded after C-m's post on Friday evening then it's reasonable to assume they filed it yesterday. :)

    No sh*t Sherlock!  I was simply seeking confirmation that that was the case, and how unrealistic it might have been for the OP to expect anything (automatic or not) on a Saturday afternoon!

    It's now on the grapevine that BORIS realised that he must protect his voters and so Sir Greggs's bill will go ahead .... £50 tickets, DRP and ZZPS will be banned by the FCA, the BPA will be on their final warning and the IPS/IAS will be placed in Chester Zoo and fed piles of sh*t.

    One of the stupid legals will go to prison for contempt of court for lying 

    Coupon-mad will get a MBE or similar for her dedication in protecting the motorist against scammers

    All this and more if Mr Bumble actually wakes up
