PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. there will likely be very little stock...as per the first link in my earlier post, one of the Cons listed isEcclesCake1984 said:I have only found one property advertised rent to buy , one website seemed to imply I should sign up with a help to buy agent as if they were being dealt with together.Another said keep lookout for new developments in area - somehow just know where they are /drive round randomly.Has anyone experience of it, is there a centralised system of searching for one, do I just trawl zoopla etc, drive around in the hope?
is it a worthwhile scheme? There is plenty on help to buy but less on rent to buy. That is all- There’s only 10,000 Rent to Buy properties across the UK.
