It might also be worth confirming that you're talking about the Government 'Rent to Buy scheme'.
(Just in case you've come across a website for another scheme called a 'Rent to Buy scheme'. Some of those schemes are little more than scams - which could explain why there is not much info on the website.)

Yes I have googled etc, yes the government scheme. There isn’t much on this forum about it - only an older closed thread from 2011.Nevermind0

I have only found one property advertised rent to buy , one website seemed to imply I should sign up with a help to buy agent as if they were being dealt with together.Another said keep lookout for new developments in area - somehow just know where they are /drive round randomly.Has anyone experience of it, is there a centralised system of searching for one, do I just trawl zoopla etc, drive around in the hope?
is it a worthwhile scheme? There is plenty on help to buy but less on rent to buy. That is all0 -
