Peugeot 5008, 1.6 bluehdi 6 years old and 17.600 miles on the clock.
Mainly used for local runs.
Once every 3 months it does a 350 mile trip in one day.
Had a few regens but that’s it.
No other issues.

If you think diesels vehicles are demonised, then you'd be traumatised if you ever read the comment section of any news articles about EV's. ICE vs EV is extremely similar to the tribalism you see with carnivores vs vegetarians.

People are often quite polarized in their views, personally I don't think you should consider this in your thinking.
