You've already been told, you can't do a chargeback or an S75 from a bank transfer. The bank is irrelevant. You won't get compo from a criminal prosecution. Your only route is the small claims process.

I actually work for courts/prosecution and I have been told that my case is to be prosecuted and the court will demand compensation before they will close the case.

Not always a good idea to tell people that they have no hope.......

Case has been heard and awarded compensation but the defendant keeps delaying the case.
