Ryanair Car Hire

I have booked flights, car hire and parking through Ryanair
I have no confirmation of the care hire - the payment has been taken!!
I connected with Ryanair who said it is nothing to do with them - I contacted the hire company Reddy who said they have no booking and it has to go through Ryanair
I have flight cancellation so need to recover the car hire money ??
Any idea ??

Was the car hire payment separate from the flight booking ?

Yes but was via Ryanair website and not part of the flight booking
I booked car hire as well - contacted the car parking company - they said I have to go through Ryanair - Ryanair said you have to collect through car parking company0 -
You paid Ryanair so it is Ryanairs problem, although you may find it easier to claim from your credit card provider.Make sure to do everything in writing.0

Go to whomever has charged you credit card or as suggested phone your credit card provider and tell them what's happenedSorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.0

You have more chance of success if you write. Snailmail usually gets the best results, although you can try a phone call first.

I have gone via the credit card company but have to wait till October
I think there is lessons learned here that book only flights through Ryanair - they have cancelled the flight and confirmed that I will get full refund within 7 days - 8 days ago

Ryanair sometimes offer very good car hire deals.It is really the credit card companies who need to insist that Ryanair sort out their customer complaints procedure - and given that Ryanairs business model is very dependent on those companies they should be able to do so.0
