Premier Park Ltd how to adjust fine
Premier Park Ltd sent me a letter requiring payment for a fine, but they want £100, even though I've just received the letter informing me of the charge, and want to pay the lower charge of £60.
They appear to have sent the letter out late, so that it does not arrive within 14 days of issue.
Is this common for them?
Now I am being asked to pay an extra £40.
Any ideas on how to deal with this?
I would like to call them but no number, do they have a number I can call?
Thank you

Is it dated after 14 days or not? If not, what are the dates of the parking event and the purported date of issue?
Have you now read the Newbies thread first, and know not to say who was driving and found the template appeal?
it’s not a fine and you won’t be offering to ‘reduce’ or pay it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It says 14 days since date of issue, I assume this means the date of the ticket.
It arrived on the 14th day.
