Reports this evening that around £600,000 remains outstanding and the CMA are threatening them again. Teletext Holidays claims everyone has been contacted by them but the customers have not responded....The company claims anyone waiting for refunds should send their booking reference from the email address used to book the holiday to the following email address covidwebform@trulytravel.com and they will deal with it immediately. Do let us know whether anything happens!

Seems it is the customer fault that they haven't received their refunds! 

Teletext Holidays responded in a statement: “The remaining customers have not been refunded because they have not provided us with their bank details. They have all been contacted repeatedly by email and telephone so that their bank details can be obtained and the refund paid."

“We have also published a Covid-19 refunds page on our website with a webform and an email address for customers to contact us. Unfortunately, these customers have not responded to our contact.”
