The only time I was recorded doing a presentation it was taken into account for an exam. In the two minute practice, I repeatedly kicked the table leg and waved around more than I thought. In the real thing I think I just stepped away to stop the kicking and tried to just deliver with a bit of passion for my subject. My initial pass was upgraded to a distinction when they reviewed it afterwards - the reason was that my conviction and passion came across in my presentation.

I think the most important thing is to not have too much on flashcards or you come across as reading them. Knowing that they just nudge you for your key points (and any illustrations) will let you feel more in the moment and therefore convincing to the panel. A bit of flow and commitment can be as good as the content, in my experience. Be yourself, it is the person they want and that is you.

Obviously we are all in your corner. A deep breath and stretch the hand not holding the cards, so it is relaxed and so are you, just as you stand to present will calm you
