Neighbor's bins blocking passage between our respective houses

    Ah! I read it through again and I'm not sure.  I pictured the bike through the garden gate.  Definitely lock it away...I'm not really adding much to this am I?

    The OP said in response that the bike is kept at the end of the passageway but actually in the passageway.

    Depending on the deeds I don't see how the OP can ask for the neighbour to move the bins but still keep the bike or anything for that matter regardless if its only they that go out of that end. You cant have one rule for them and another for yourself.
