    Well....this is a surprising twist.

    I've just had a call from CEL telling me that they are retracting the claim and will be writing to the county court to tell them. They told me it was in relation to my SAR and asked if i wanted to proceed with it.

    The CEL rep didnt mention anything about my complaint to Swanley Council yesterday so i have no idea if it's coincidental timing or if the council had some input into their decision to back down.

    I will still be progressing with the council and LGO complaints though.

    But at least we have a win! Thank you everyone for your help! @Coupon-mad
