We have also suffered the same fate with this bunch if shysters. They have falsified my wife's signature, (we have the original form sent us signed but never returned.)
Unfortunately weve recieved a ccj for £600.
Im 8 years into a parkinson's diagnosis and could do without the stress.
Where Do we go from here?

If you signed  Terms and Conditions and a Letter of Authority pre March 2019, they had no authority to act on your behalf. They fraudulently misrepresented me on 2 separate occasions, producing forged LoAs. They admitted it, then denied it. I am just finalising court papers as I am suing both the companies ( Fast Track Reclaim / Quickly Finance ) and their CEO Mr Colin Hartness. I have a ton of evidence, they are unscrupulous liars, but they fortunately put the lies in writing to my solicitor. Watch this space. It might interest you all to learn, that they submitted accounts Feb 2018 - Feb 2022 with a gross profit of almost £56 million by their dishonest tactics.
