@dimbo61Lots of Interest but if they also had the same survey which has cost you £4/5/600 would they also Walk away from the purchase ?Buyers with lower LTV might not get as far as the building survey due to possible too low a valuation on bank survey- not being able to borrow enough. there was a lot of interest when it was marketed- went to final offers after a few days viewing .
Not sure if seller is aware of the works needed.. they're prob more focussed on the property they are buying . There's just much more remediation work than I had anticipated, when I made the offer.We have spent over £25,000 in last 3/4 years on our Victorian terraced house in ManchesterHope you've had some good results from this!0
