With Highview at Borehamwood Shopping Park.
The driver had parked for longer than the 3 hours allowed and I was sent the NTK. I responded as recommended in the post linked above.
Cancellation confirmation came in just under a month.
For others with a Highview ticket I'd recommend searching the forum for other Highview posts and the link to PoFA from the Newbies post (to understand the "NTK is not PoFA compliant" argument) and then Use the Blue Template just as advised, add nothing except your Name and address as Registered Keeper.

Good news and thanks for letting us know. Hopefully other newbies will get inspiration and confidence in getting Highview (and CP Plus, APCOA and some Horizon tickets) cancelled without the need for forum handholding.Nice result, well done. 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
