Contact your own insurance and let them sort it out with third party.
  • I had a similar situation 5yrs ago, had to claim through my insurance. Only thing  that frustrates me is remembering the date, cost of repairs etc every year when renewing.

We never knew the cost of the repairs as the insurance company settled direct.

    We just put 'not known'.

As others have said - hand it over to your insurance company - that's what you've paid them for. Informing them of the accident will possibly have an impact on your renewal anyway - and most insurers will ask 'Have you had an accident in the last X years' - so no matter what there's a good chance you'll see a small impact on your premium (although I think it wrong).
  • I have a morrisons delivery so yes the do their own deliveries .
  • You'll have to let your own insurance deal with Morrisons insurance. It will be all done through the book so if you're hoping for some sort of cash settlement to avoid insurance then forget it.

Also Morrisons do their own deliveries from store now. When they first started home deliveries they came via Ocado but not sure how much still comes via them now.
  • Morrisons I no longer bother with.
Many customers myself included supported them in the lockdown.
They have raised prices and taken away the  voucher you got for collecting points.
You get a derisory token for money off a random item.
I go to Tesco and Lidl now.

What relevance does this have to the op's issue?
  • I'll wager that it's a spammer trying to build posting count before posting some actual spam [as you can't post links with a brand new account].
