You stand either going on the trip or not. Travel insurance won't cover you for a change of mind.2

It's probably a member of the crew , they are tested every day.

We have friends on board now they have said the standard are awful no socail distancing, no mask wearing and no enforcements being made, look at the liverpool echo.

It is not crew members testing positive its passagers.1

You either go or don’t go. When did you book your cruise? If it was post pandemic then it’s entirely foreseeable that some people may test positive and have to isolate subsequently. If you felt this would be an issue for you then the time to check your rights to getting a refund was before you booked.0

This I suspect is MSC Virtuosa, reportedly 100 passengers disembarked last weekend having tested positive. Many reports of a complete lack of social distancing on board and MSC is saying nothing about a man who allegedly died on board last Saturday. Personally, I wouldn't set foot on a cruise ship at present but you must make up your own mind. MSC are not known for being generous so there is no guarantee of a refund unless and until this becomes news in the UK, Bizarrely it is already news in the US but not here!1
