You've probably already done this but anyone doing it should ensure that they have at least two independent ways of getting in. Phone number and authenticator app on the phone is oneThe authenticator app doesn't have to be the Microsoft authenticator app (as suggested by the microsoft link). I've been using the authy authenticator app which works well and your data can be backed up to authy's server if your phone is lost or stolen -
