Right anyone else having trouble with last minute. Com as I'm getting so mad. First I can't go to the hotel in Spain in October because of covid as when get back daughters wedding and if isolation miss it. But tried ring last minute to change and said ring hotel and did they said yes we will change to same dates next year and sent me email to me from manager saying can do if last minute get in touch but every time I talk to them I get email saying can't change because of hotel policy but the hotel says yes can and last minute won't get in touch any ideas from anybody or do I just lose my money thank you

Sorry - wrong forum.
If you look on either the Coronavirus Travel Help & Info and/or main Overseas Travel & Planning boards, and search "Lastminute" you will find a few existing threads to can read and add to.
To your problem, check what rate plan you booked. If it was a non-refundable/non-flexible rate (often these are what LM and other cheap OTA's sell) then in addition to what the hotel may or may not agree to, you also have the LM terms plus those of any bed bank or intermediary they used to source your hotel room. If those are non-refundable, non-changeable then you might be stuck or at least have to persist with LM.

Unfortunately I fell on the sharp end of this situation some years ago (of course not COVID related) - the hotel is also bound by the terms LM impose.
If LM sell as a non-refundable and non-changeable rate, then there may not be much the hotel can do.
When was the hotel booked? Ultimately if you decide not to travel and they won't move the dates, you have no rights as you're choosing not to travel.0
