Problems signing up to Vodafone Fibre via Broadband choices

Has anyone else had any problems with this?
I want to go through Broadband Choices to be eligible for the £100 gift card but whenever I get to the secure checkout screen where I need to enter all my personal details I get the following message.....
Something went wrong, please refresh the page and try again.
Hopefully everything is working now, but if you still experience problems, please call our customer support centre on 08080 408 408 to help with your purchase
Then when I refresh the same error message pops up again.
I've tried on 2 different devices and 3 different web browsers and each time I get the same error at exactly the same point. I'm worried I'm going to miss out because according to the 'How to find cheap Broadband deals' page of the MSE website it says the £100 giftcard offer ends at 11:59pm tonight (6th Sept). However, just to confuse mathers further, in the terms and conditions underneath where you enter your email address to claim the reward it says you must complete the purchase by midnight on 13th September to be eligible for the gift card.

You could try Uswitch, although they seem to be only offering a £90 gift card.0

Thanks for the suggerstion Neil. I even tried going directly to the Vodafone website and placing an order on there but I still got exactly the same error at exactly the same point. I've spoken to Vodafone tonight and they said they are aware that some customers have encountered this problem but it isn't affecting everyone who tries to sign up online so they don't know what's causing it and can't tell me when it will be fixed. Great!!!

We're sorry you're getting this error, right at the end of the checkout, really frustrating! We asked Vodafone about this as we've seen a few users present the same issue and it told us it wasn't able to identify an issue and to try again.
We're just curious if you did eventually place an order in the end, without issue? It may have been just a temporary blip.

MSE ChrisHi Chris. I did manage to place an order online in the end. After having no joy using a variety of devices and web browsers at home I tried from my work PC and it went though without any issues. It's frustrating that Vodaphone can't identify the problem but I'm glad to hear I wasn't the only one who has reported it to them.
