    No, this is very rare.

This was the best your partner could do when ambushed by transcripts she'd never seen before.  She could always follow up the rep on Monday, giving him the weekend to stew, and asking him to confirm that he did forward your response to the Judge by email.

Thank him for his assistance and adherence to his primary duty, to the court.

    He's replied saying this:

"Unfortunately I don't think I can send this through as I cannot file documents for you. I appreciate I was given the judge's email and you were not, but that was for one specific purpose and I don't think he would appreciate me contacting him again in such a manner."

And then provided the court email. Should I shoot off an email to them too?

Yes, do that and attach his email too (to show she tried to do it more simply) and this time the name of the Judge.

    Thanks and done!
  • VCS have NO authority on roads at Bristol Airport. Bristol Airport gave me that in writing. You can have a copy of it if you like.

I would be interested in seeing that since the copy of the contract I have between VCS and Bristol Airport Limited shows that VCS are contracted to operate on (some) roads, but not car parks.
I married my cousin. I had to...

Yes, would be interested to see it. It is also contrary to the contract they provided to me.
