Advice/help - faulty car / consumer act 2015

Just in case anyone is interested. (I wont post again unless there is an update & thats just so if anyone finds this thread and is in the same position they can maybe see the steps I took & also learn what not to do!!)
I got legal advice I am asking them for a full refund under sections 9,10 & 11 of the consumer act 2015.
I have asked for a response within 14 days and aske dthem to refund me & collect the car - legally I should also not be out of pockets for additional expenses - i.e I have insured the car/ bought mats/ its got a full tank or petrol - but I just want them to refund me and collect the car so this is all concluded.
I have emailed them a letter & I will be sending them this by recorded delivery as well.
The problem with all laws is that if the person or company don't do the right thing legally - you are stuck - anyone or any decent company just would do the right thing as default.
They also advised me to contact trading standards - again I am going to allow 14 days to give the dealer the chance to do the right thing.
