Thank you everyone, this actually really helps to answer my question moving forward.
I am going to start preparing my defence for court. Will complete paras 2 and 3 and put on forum. I have the evidence sent back from SAR as well which is essentially a picture of the car and number plate at 6.03pm
Update from solicitors is that matter on hold and if payment isn’t made by 30th October their client may elect to issue legal proceedings.1 -

If they do, as it's Gladstones, there is a high possibility they will lose. OR ... they will discontinue .. OR, they won't even turn up ?
I'm sure the PPC by now knows this and it will be cheaper for them to pull out now.2 -
