Ive filled in the form and put in an envelope. I Just selected that all cash and investments are transferred as they are. Be interesting what happens with the Morrisons shares if any offer is accepted in the meantime. I presume i'll be informed if non of the investments are available but they are all either FTSE 250 or 100 so can't envisage any problems.
If your holdings are all shares listed on the LSE, then there won't be any issues. The nominee won't even change.

Be prepared for a long wait... IWeb are having problems with transfers... and customer service is short tempered when pressed on the subject.

What is the advantage with IWeb over Halifax dealing?

It's a different pricing model. Ad hoc trades are nearly half the cost and there is no custody charge. However there isn't a low cost regular investing service and the £100 account opening fee means it will take a while for many to break even vs HSD.
