Zen Internet MSE email offer

I have been thinking of changing from plusnet to zen for while now swapping to their 34.99 superfast fibre package.
This weeks MSE email has an offer of no installation fee and a £20 amazon voucher for the £34.99 package.
However when clicking through to Zens website to sign up the package is showing as being £37.99 a month....

Has anybody bagged this offer at the advertised price of £34.99 a month?
My £2 savings total for 2007 = £92, for 2008 = £124
My savings from money off coupons for 2007 = £67.97, for 2008 = £194.79
My £2 savings for 2009 (so far) = £130
My savings from money off coupons for 2009 = £593.08

    Hi there,

Thanks for making us aware of this!

We're chatting to Zen now to find out what's happened here. I'll message here again soon once I have an update.

Apologies for the confusion here, this doesn't usually happen.

    Speak soon,
    MSE Chris

    Hi again,

We've chatted with Zen and it's told us that these are it's new monthly prices, which applied from the 1st September.

It failed to tell us they were updating these midway through our offer, but the MSE Blagged element was just the £20 Amazon and free set up. The offer didn't apply to monthly price. We didn't expect this to change.

I'm sorry if this had led to some disappointment given we presented the deal as £34.99, and we'll try to make sure this doesn't happen again when we run offers with Zen.

    Thanks,
    MSE Chris
