I appreciate that every company values it's customers and many like to produce mission statements about how the customer is running the business. However it's no more true to say that EValue run Trustnet than it is to say that I run the supermarket where I last bought a loaf of bread.

FE fund info and trustnet are the same company.
ev used to have some link with FE, not sure about current status. In any case, a genuine company. I started working with them at least 10 years ago. Currently provide one of their platforms to pension scheme members to model retirement options0 -
