My understanding is that a solicitor has a number of professional duties: the first of which is to the court system, the client is second on that list.Grizebeck said:

No - DCB Legal represent claims from Parking companies ... DCB (Legal or Limited [the debt collection arm]) are not parking companies so they never issue any parking charge notices, thus cannot take anyone to court on their own behalf.prowla said:Grizebeck said:
