It was Bank Park and DCBLegal
DCBL missed that one, a rubbish claim they should have discontinued

Had they, you would not have got £50   haha

Nobody should be scared of going to a county court, it's good fun

    Well done again
Funny thing i just remembered, on the way down on the elevator the claimant solicitor says to me "we've lost so many cases on this fxxxking car park" (his exact words lol)

Bizarre they keep trying if they've lost so many times

If anyone is interested its in Oxford road in Reading, the small car park for Tesco, Subway, Papa johns and others
I know the place .....  so difficult to understand why DCBL take such crap cases to court, are they so desperate for money ???

A second grade legal dealing with rubbish that real legals will not touch
DCB legal only do as instructed by their client (s)
My understanding is that a solicitor has a number of professional duties: the first of which is to the court system, the client is second on that list.

And that is where their problem starts, hence the discontinued cases. They don't have to accept the claims made

That is true but clearly ignored

Aren't they the same company, and so only billing & paying themselves?

No - DCB Legal represent claims from Parking companies ... DCB (Legal or Limited [the debt collection arm]) are not parking companies so they never issue any parking charge notices, thus cannot take anyone to court on their own behalf.
