Fired for not having coronavirus jab

I got offered a job and then because they said the coronary jab was mandatory for the position they got rid of me. How do I now take legal action against them to get money I would be owed as in notice period. I should be paid two weeks notice what action can I take for free if they don't pay. I make it around £1000. Please no talk about coronavirus just legal help. My previous thread got deleted because of chat.

Did you actually start to work? I think that might be the crucial bit. I don't think that you are owed anything if an employer rescinds a job offer.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards. Was the job offer unconditional, or conditional?
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Is there any statutory notice period within the first month?Sorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.0

If you've only been offered the job but had not started work you would not have a notice period.
You need to give more information if you want any help.1 -

That is why I said more information was needed.1 -

The contract of employment, assuming it actually commenced, may be more generous.

Actually I don’t think you were fired, I suspect the job offer was withdrawn after they discovered you were unable to meet one of the criteria of the job.0

When you signed the contract, did it state that having been vaccinated was a condition of the offer? If so then you don't have a leg to stand on - you didn't meet the stated criteria.

There was similar post a few weeks ago. If it was the OP he must have deleted it. Or it is a coincidence that the same thing happened to two people.
In the first post it was stated it was not mentioned at the interview and he was offered the job but then told he needed to have the vaccination. When he refused, the offer was withdrawn.
The OP needs to clarify exactly what the sequence of events was.
Did he actually sign the offer and start work? If he did, how long did he work for?
or was the offer withdrawn before he started work.4
