Well I assume the 525 is a negative number.

6210 is an error somehow and probably is the cause of your big bill

Give your new readings to Eon but it's possible the "computer" will say "no"

PS How do you give Eon your readings - by phone perhaps ?
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill
  •  I give them by the app. I have loadge a complain with eon dispute my bil
  • Do you think smart plugs could be the cause

So from your Aug 2021 reading until today you've used 774 kWh of electricity and 17 cu.m of gas.
It looks to me as though there is something quite wrong with your Aug 2021 billed readings. If you can give E.On your latest set (from today) and convince them the Aug 2021 ones were mistaken, everything should be back to normal.

  • Would my bill go up if I use smart plugs that are all timers  that the only thing that has changed. I'm gunna say to them to come a reading as I am disabled and on the proity registration anyway so they should be doing it

If the smart plugs were always on and powerd powerful heaters then yes.

The plugs themselves. Maybe 15p a year.
  • Even if the switch is on the actual plug socket

I have no idea what you mean. Are you saying you have smart plugs that have nothing plugged into them?

Smart plugs are devices that use negigable power. Some but as I said around 15p a year maybe. Whatever is plugged into them uses the power.

And for electric things that produce heat are the things that cost big.

  • I got my electricity airer plug in wax burner, TV  and the fan but there all on timers
