Q308 Is there a User Guide? Speed dial?

Can't find any instructions for the Q308 spinner mobile. Anyone?
I think that I've worked out how to do most things - but not Speed Dialling.
Oh, and what is a "HorseLight"?.. 
The only mobile that I've met that has an FM Radio that doesn't need an external aerial.

I bought it as a cheap standby. It is smaller than I like - but even 70-year-old fingers don't seem to have a problem with the keys. It also has original and micro-sim sockets - so very useful in supporting/bridging the old mobile - old sim system here.Still not found how to set up speed dialling - although I have set its SOS system to speed-dial the number I call the most.0
