I think you are not understanding what coupon-mad has said above ?EddieJ79 said:When I mentioned I sold the car, ment it that it was then mentioned to me I should have changed after I moved the first time, nothing to do with avoiding the fines.
If you are moving back to Galway to your permanent address, a court in the UK will serve a claim to a UK address.
Galway being S. Ireland and not under the uk justice syatem.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU DEAL WITH DRP. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS AND CAN DO NOTHING ? IT IS A FATAL ERROR BY CST
Given that you move around, where was the CST letter received

Sorry was joking about the Galway thing.
Cst contacted me at my current address in Chelmsford. What do you mean they have made a fatal error.0 -
And who do I deal with as euro carpark haven’t replied back to me.0

Do you not have a Galway address? Would’ve worth moving back there for a few months and giving that address for service, and the claim won’t happen and these charges will die a death.
...we are not joking, we are telling you that an Irish address will kill this. These are not fines, they are issued under contract law and they will not file a claim in Ireland.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am replying to your PM here as others may disagree with my advice.
IANAL but , In my opinion, your position is indefensible, and the judge is likely to find against you on all claims, This is likely to be for a sum in excess of £2000.
If credit is important to you, I would asvise settling with the PPC out of court. I would start at £500, others may suggest a higher or lower figure. The consequence of ignoring a CCJ are spelled out here.
