    Yes ESPN is legal with not  great content .
    But i doubt you where asking for free and legal .
    Answer to post one no site is best for sports streaming s they are all (bar a few ) behind a paywall .
    Sky Sports probably has the most paid for content .
    Free Sports on channel 64 Freeview has free sports .
