So my court case is soon and I was just wondering if there is anything i need to do/prepare? Does anyone know what to expect? Starting to feel very nervous now...0 -
Have you prepared your Witness Statement and evidence bundle, emailed to the hearing court and copied to the claimant's solicitors?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
