BT have reminded me that our Line Rental Saver expires in Sept, but when I try to renew online
I am taken to an order that includes Line Rental Saver £219.84 PLUS Broadband at a vastly inflated
price to what we pay now.
Has anyone else had this problem please?

THE NUMBER is how much you need to live comfortably: very IMPORTANT as part 1 of Retirement Planning. (Average response to my thread is £26k pa)

I came across the same thing and eventually decided not to progress with renewing it as I was just going round in circles through various pages on their website and back to the same problem.0

I must admit I can never make head nor tail of BTs ordering system or bills, they seem to make it as complicated as possible.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.1
