You call the CCBC which is not a court but a claim processing centre in Northampton.2

If any UK court is involved , you would be in serious trouble , with a possible CCJ
As mentioned above , you were told to ring the CCBC in Northampton , a government office , same as the DVLA in Swansea is a government office too , one civil service centre for all of England and Wales1 -
I called CCBC they said unfortunately they can’t look anything up without a case number. Nothing seems to be showing on credit file, I guess next step is to do an SAR, do you know how long these take to come back?Redx said:If any UK court is involved , you would be in serious trouble , with a possible CCJ

The 30 days deadline is enshrined in the GDPR law and your SAR template says 30 days !! Ergo , it's 30 days2 -
Thanks for all your help and one last question on this: in the newbies thread it says to do a SAR with any legal entity involved, I don't know if PE have employed a legal entity for this ticket so should I only SAR PE?Redx said:

thanks, and in your opinion is an SAR a better route than just asking PE what stage ticket is at? I'm worried I might miss something in the time it takes to get the SAR information backCoupon-mad said:Parking Eye don’t use solicitors because they have their own in-house litigation team.0 -
Do the SAR by email and i reckon they will be quicker than 30 days.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
