Hi seems I'm not the only one to not receive this. I had plus net open 3 tickets but no replies . Each person I spoke to on the phone reassured me I would get my reward! Today I contacted them via Twitter and was told I'm not eligible as my broadband was set up for free! Although this was part of the offer .Where do I go from here please?

I'm sorry you're having trouble getting your voucher.
Plusnet run different offers on their products throughout the year. It'll be good if you can share some info on which Plusnet product you applied too and can you confirm it was via our Broadband tool?
