Transferring funds from New Zealand to UK

I need to transfer funds from New Zealand for a house purchase/ deposit.
Does anyone have experience using any of the online currency providers recently, any recommendations? I used Hifx about 20 years ago but I guess things have moved on since then. Am hoping to get a better rate than the banks as its a significant amount (for me!)
thanks for any advice!

I've used Wise, and can recommend them. Haven't used it for the sums you're likely to be transferring but I can't see why it would be an issue. Other options here, https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/banking/foreign-currency-exchange/
In any case make sure to fully verify yourself with whatever service you end up using before you attempt to make a transfer. And make sure to document the source of the foreign cash (eg. savings, salary, etc) and have it to hand in case you get asked for it.2 -
https://www.monito.com/ is a handy rate comparison site....
