    Ok great wish I never asked! I will just pay a large amount which I never planned for due to their negligence. Thanks for the advice.

    Why didn't you plan for it when you signed up to the contract and knew the amount that was being taken every month?

    If you no longer have the money then you have a massive financial management issue that you need to sort out and start budgeting ASAP because where did the money go and why was it spent when it should have been earmarked for the bill?

    Glad you got it sorted.
    If you hadn't, an alternative would have been to ask the cost be spread over the remaining life of the contract.
    This is a reason why it is encouraged to check bank statements regularly to find payments you expect to pay not being paid or payments you don't expect that you can query.
