Combination 3 for 2
Boots Glucosamine Sulphate 500mg

Holland and Barrett

Medicines Org search Glucosamin These are the ones a search for Glucosamine throws up.
If you check each one I think you'll find their all the
Glucosamine Sulphate rather than Glucosamine Hydrochloride I've tried searching for that but nothing comes up. You've also got to find "Valid as a prescribable product" in the description to be certain your GP can dispense it.

this is good stuff but its made from chicken cartlidge and other not nice stuff that is full of toxins - casuing inflamtion of the joints etc

try a veggie version which works much quicker or even better try flax oil or hemp oil which also helps other bits of your body.

if you undertsand why the problems happen you can fix them much easier -

Numerous double-blind studies have shown glucosamine sulfate to produce much better results compared to NSAIDs and placebos in relieving the pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis.
Glucosamine sulfate: Effective osteoarthritis treatment While it doesn't act as an "anti-inflamatory" agent if it increased inflamation the joints would become more rather than less painful. This is not the experience of most users who over a period of time find glucosamine sulfate not only improves the symptoms including pain, it also helps the body repair damaged joints.
try a veggie version which works much quicker

GLUCOSAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE VS. SULFATE
There may be some evidence to support the idea that because the Hydrochloride version is purer it will be absorbed faster but as both are dependent on long term use the actual time taken for it to be absorbed is somewhat irrelevant.
or even better try flax oil or hemp oil which also helps other bits of your body.
Omega3 oils are effective in many ways, and Flax and hemp are excellent vegetarian sources however fish oil is far more effective and is certainly more cost effective.
