Just went with the Start Defence option. When we log on that option is deletable with the AOS option still available. So can we now go with the correct option or by deleting the defence option will I mess things up?
One thing is certain... a Defence file via the MCOL website is definitely not the way forward for a number of reasons.
As long as there is no risk of filing a Defence that way, then go for it.2 -

Having already said that my Daughter was not parked within a resident's area,and she has photos to prove this,does she mention this at the 'Defence' stage? Also,does she attach said photos at this juncture?0

Nothing goes with defence, that comes later at Witness Statement (WS) stage. Yes, you/she puts in in defence but only as a short point [the defendant's car was not parked in the residents' area] and can then expand upon it in the WS.2
