Depends if the time limit on your Court judgment has expired or not , if not , pay the claimant or their solicitors ASAP
The letter came two days ago stating I’ve been ruled to pay the company. In my understanding if I pay within 30 days I won’t receive bad credit score right?
Most unusual if the Judgment doesn't state how long you have to pay.

If it gave 30 days notice on the letter , definitely not longer , preferably pay ASAP , to avoid any issues

You have seen the letter , we haven't , so we can only make assumptions ,whereas you seem to want total clarity

You have at most 30 days from the date on the letter.  Or less , foolish to wait
Regardless of the time span I’ll be paying tomorrow to close this down. The question is if I pay will I receive bad credit score still? Or does paying totally removes it.
  • Totally removes it.

I hope you will be getting your own back by doing the Government Consultation that closes this week, yes?

I am sure you will have something to say about PPCs being allowed to charge 3 figure sums, then invent debt recovery costs that don’t exist and add them on...

See the urgent thread about it.  No link.

I’ll see the urgent thread immediately and proceed with your tip. Thank you so much.
