You didn't have hot water so you determined the boiler wasn't working,
what did the engineer says when you called them out ?Were they not willing to fill in the service section for you ?I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.1 -

what did the engineer says when you called them out ?Were they not willing to fill in the service section for you ?We didn't have hot water and the boiler fault light was flashing, a quick check of the manual said that the flashing code meant fan failure. When Baxi's engineer came out they said it was the PCB which is a common fault "and they see loads of these with the same problem" they then didn't give us any paperwork and nothing came from their office to say what they had done.Apparently they have serviced the boiler but we have nothing to prove it so another call to Baxi and probably another hour and a half wait to speak to someone to get something. Given how much store Baxi put on paperwork it seems ironic that they don't issue any themselves!

was there an issue with transfer of the warranty from the original owner. I have read somewhere that warranties are non transferrable. Anglian windows wanted £50 to transfer my window warranty,0
