When do they release the sales office?

Does anyone know when developers release the sales office?
We're looking at a Redrow house and would really like to buy the sales office.
They only have one of that style on the development that they're using as the sales office along with one show home.
They've sold well over half of the development. They have six houses available and ten awaiting release.
I've asked if they will take a reservation on it but they won't, apparently they have a list of 24 interested buyers, we're no. 25.

sounds like they won't specifically need to release it for sale of they have that many interested parties - it varies a lot as to when the release them, they may decide to move in to the showhome and sell the "office"or the other way round just keeping a smaller presence there and then sell the other one at the end1

We did ask if they planned to move into the show home and they said no. Apparently they will just email all that have shown an interest and it's the first to reserve it.
I'm checking site availability plan each day as well.0 -
The house is listed as 'coming soon' if that makes a difference. The other plots not released say 'future release'0

My old work sometimes sold on a leaseback deal. They were very very popular.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....1

With 2/3 of the site sold I doubt they would do that now but it's something I've looked at. Especially as it looks like we are going to have to go into rented as our buyer is pushing for completion.74jax said:My old work sometimes sold on a leaseback deal. They were very very popular.1 -
Not got any experience of Redrow, but another developer once told me that the site office had to be dismantled and converted back to a garage before sale. Just checking that you aren't hoping for a pre-built office with your purchase.0

The office is a 5 bed house without the kitchen in that they are using as the sales office with all the option samples in. Seems a bit OTT to me and I did ask if they had plans to move into the show home as a sales office in the garage but they said not at this point.Trynsave2 said:Not got any experience of Redrow, but another developer once told me that the site office had to be dismantled and converted back to a garage before sale. Bought the show house once. The developer retained the sales office (garage) for a further 6 months. Or until the entire developement was sold whichever came first. Deal was that the developer paid our energy bills, our rates, laid a patio and erected a decent sized garden shed. In exchange we also allowed access to our downstairs cloakroom during the week while we were at work and let the sales team use our kitchen.MF2015 said:Does anyone know when developers release the sales office?4 -
The show home on the development we’re moving to next month is absolutely beautiful. Definitely can’t afford to buy it any time soon though. Good luck! 🤞🤞1
