What is the Government Consultation? Is that the link to www.moneyclaim.gov.uk they sent on the claim form, where you admit or deny the claim?
Do you have a link for the Group Action against the DVLA?
No, both are on page one of the forum which is what I was urging you to please read.

The Government Consultation is nothing like what you are thinking, it's massively important about the new law!  Please, just read the 2 threads and do the consultation.  If threads are on page one of the forum there is no need for us to link them, the thread titles make it obvious which ones they are.

I have had a response to my SAR. The phone number they hold is nothing to do with me. Does this help my case or is it a simple admin error?

I can't see that helping you at all.

How did you get on with the Government consultation?

I filled in the government consultation. I find a lot of these forms poorly worded and you end up giving the same answers to numerous questions. Done it now, so they have my view - for what it is worth!

Thanks for doing the consultation. Every contribution from this side of the house will add momentum to the cause.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Is the dr richard dawood v camden council court of appeal case 2009 case any good to me?
There are no signs on entrance to the private land to say it is a car park. It is maintained by the council. Tarmac surface, streetlights, kerbstones etc.

Never heard of it. What does it say?  Is there a transcript?
