Hello and welcome to the forums.
At the stage you are at you need to be reading the second post of the NEWBIES thread.2 -
Thank you kindly for your response Keith, do I have to respond to the LBCC for example I disagree or doing the second post newbie will acknowledge that. As it says I have 28 days to respond.
Truly Grateful 😇0 -
Who is the LBC from and which parking firm is involved? A LBC should give you 30 days to respond, not 28 days.Noahsark1 said:Thank you kindly for your response Keith, do I have to respond to the LBCC for example I disagree or doing the second post newbie will acknowledge that. Truly Grateful 😇Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have you read the newbies? Have yo complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

The parking firm involved is Parking awareness and from DCB Legal it says 28 days on the LBC form, not complained to my MP didn't know I could.I am trying to read the newbies however find it confusing to get my head around it.

We need to understand what has happened, are you talking about the same parking "event" here? And as for the case you talk about:what do you mean a few minutes ? this can be anything from 120 minutes to 2 minutes - you do not need to be exact, just round it up or downwhere was the vehicle when it received a parking charge notice?why did the vehicle receive a parking charge notice?whos car park was this and where was it, if it was a car park?if not a car park then where?without knowing the basics then its impossible to offer help - also take a look at the newbies sectionand one last thing do not attempt to guess the drivers ID, no he/she/I/mother/daughter/father/friend etcFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Thank you for your response Half_way

Talking about the same parking event in all of this thread. The time was about 5 mins at the max, the vehicle was behind a super market, it received a parking charge notice because it was private land owned or managed by the claimant.

Let us see a redacted copy of the 'LBC' you've received from DCB Legal, giving you '28 days' to respond. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thanks for the response Umkomaas have tried to scan document however it won't let me post keeps saying 9 characters to short so god knows what that means, this site is so complicated ! It says - If disagree with the claimer if want to make a claim against the claimant - You must send either the completed acknowledgement of service or a defence form to court within 14 days of date of service. If you send the acknowledgement of service you must send a defence to the court arrive no layer than 28 days from the date of service.0
