    Thanks again Fruitcake. Interestingly, the place is (we are told) riddled with CCTV and also, we suspect, sound recorders. Trouble is it is difficult to prove as they seem to be mostly covert

    No, unfortunately the land in question does belong to the self-ticketers BUT I have put in claims of established use, based on the Prescription Act 1832
