Not putting us off buying it but my estate agents who are selling my house says it's a semi/ terraced and worth less than the asking price but sellers estate agents claiming linked detached and worth the same as a detached
Does it really matter what they call it?
Offer what YOU think it's worth. Based entirely on what you're looking at, as it sits... If it's rejected, then the seller's a delusional fool who wants too much, and there's other houses out there.
It might be better than other terraced properties but it won't be better than or comparable with other truly detached properties or even some semis with no easy rear access. You decide what its worth to you compared to other properties you would be happy to live in and not with the words the agent uses to describe it.
