cancelled sale -can you give feedback?

Looking at cancel details it says

How buyers can cancel an order

You've purchased this item.

It looks like you've already sent a request to cancel this order. Select View cancel details for more information.

On the 'view details page it states:-

Done. The seller completed your cancellation

The cancellation is complete

Is it possible for a seller to fraudulently claim I requested a cancellation ?

Last time I had a cancelled sale I managed to leave feedback and that was March this year.

You should be able to leave it but by going a different route. 

Click on your own feedback (on the number) and scroll to the bottom of the page.  Then click leave feedback on the left.  This brings up my cancelled sales and I am able to leave feedback.
