I’d get rid of 6 as you don’t want to be talking about ‘many signs’.

and change ‘you’ to ‘whether one has a permit or not’.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Now follow point 6 onwards in the defence template thread , and the advice by member Bargepole too , don't get caught out , check your MCOL claim history every week until they post the DQ N180 out , then fill in the DQ pdf and email it
  • Hi, little update:

Not really heard much since. But... The moneyclaim site now has a status of:

"Notification of DQ filed by claimant removed on 30/11/2021"
"Your claim was transferred to HASTINGS on 09/02/2022"

Not sure if anything is actually going to happen...

What does "Not really heard much since" actually mean?

Now that the Claim has been transferred to a hearing court, the CCBC and MCOL play no further part.

    Wait for correspondence from Hastings.

While waiting, think about your Witness Statement and evidence.

And read the thread by bargepole so you don't let the relevance of the new statutory Code of Practice pass you by.
