Moved flights

Hi all,
first post so please be kind!!
like most we have moved several flights over the last 20months, each time we’ve had to pay more with easyJet. I believe we have booked our first holiday now in 2022, but the flights are a little over £600. In total I have paid £950 with various flights where it has been free to move, however speaking with EasyJet over their messenger system they can not provide me with a credit note for the overpaid £350.
