Occupational Health report

Since my last post I've been waiting over  5 weeks for a follow up interview with management regarding my future. Today I got a letter to attend a meeting with them on Tuesday 28/9. The new shift pattern starts on 4/10. I have no idea what the result of the meeting will be, I've had no communication with them at all. I did speak to a full time Union official, which was quite frankly a waste of time. My Union rep is back at work and will attend with me. 
I can't believe they've kept me waiting so long, they told me in the previous meeting that the would see me the  following week.
I should of chased it up, but I've been burying my head sand a bit.
